Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two reliable shipping methods to meet your needs:
1. Standard Shipping:
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Cost: $12.95 USD
- Includes tracking and insurance
2. Free Shipping:
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Available for orders over $50 USD
Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your golf gear. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Requirements
- Item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is required
Important Exceptions:
- For hygiene reasons, golf gloves and grips cannot be returned unless defective
- Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned
Return & Exchange Process
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:
1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] with your order number and product details.
2. Receive Authorization: We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to:

5. Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect your return and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:
- Credit Card/PayPal: 3-5 business days after we process your return
- Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless return is due to our error
Please note that your bank may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchange Information
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If the exchange item is of lower value, we’ll refund the difference
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
